At the end of your pregnancy and during labour, your iron and hormone levels are at an all-time high. After you give birth, you experience a sudden, intense drop in hormones, and this hormonal shift is what leads to energy depletion, fatigue and the baby blues.

Your placenta capsules are full of the hormones you lost during the birthing process. Everything you need to recover from birth and feel good is right there in your capsules.

How Placenta Capsules Support Postpartum Recovery

You start with a high dose to quickly replenish your hormones. Over the next few weeks, you gradually reduce your dose. By the time you complete your capsules, your own hormones have stabilised. Your supply usually lasts between two to three months.

Benefits of Placenta Capsules

Placenta capsules may support:

  • Post-birth recovery
  • Hormonal balance
  • Increased energy and vitality
  • Mood regulation
  • Milk supply

Placenta Capsules Dosage Guide Recommended Dosage

  • Week 1: Take 3 capsules, 3 times daily
  • Week 2: Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily
  • Week 3 and beyond: Take 1 capsule, 3 times daily

Continue taking your capsules until your supply is finished. Feel free to increase your dosage if you feel you need additional support.

Please note: These dosages are a general guideline. Always trust your intuition and listen to your body. You can adjust the amount to suit your individual needs. If you are having a tough day, take a few extra capsules. You cannot overdose on your placenta capsules.

How to Store Your Placenta Capsules

  • Store capsules in the fridge as soon as you receive them.
  • If not used within 6 months, move them to the freezer for long-term storage.
  • You’re welcome to return 5 capsules at any time to be made into a mother tincture.

  • Long-term emotional and energetic support

How to Use Your Placenta Tincture

  • For adults: Take 1 drop under the tongue as needed.
  • For babies: Place 1 drop on the crown of the head or wrist as needed.

How to Store and Prepare Your Tincture

  • Keep your tincture in a cool, dark place for at least 6 weeks before first use.
  • After 6 weeks, dilute the tincture using a ratio of 1 part tincture to 4 parts filtered water in your dropper bottle.
  • The ratio doesn’t need to be exact. Close is perfectly fine.

Tincture tip: To help you remember to use your tincture, store your dropper bottle somewhere visible and accessible, such as your bathroom shelf or kitchen counter. Keeping it in sight makes it easier to reach for when you need it.
